mitsubishi hobing with fanuc 0m controller help

hi friends.

we have a mitsibushi gb15cnc hobing machine with fanuc 0m controller.
and we have a problem on it.

if you check the attached pictures, you understand that we couldn't see the option 4 and 5 at the menu screen.

after a parameter loss, we reload the parameters but after that this condition occured.
we found a page about reaching optional parameters(in attached pictures)
but we could not understand what it says at step 6," insert option #"
what is this "#" means?
the last parameter finished at 9003 in the system but this page shows 10060-10066

so do you have any suggestions regarding how can we enable this two option
and how can we reach the parameters 10060-10066.
