Does anyone have seen manuals for Fanuc robocut alpha series. I recently revitalized precisely A04B with 16 series control.
If anyone has anything please kszysf@gmail.com .

Steryd: Did you have any luck finding the manuals? I recently did the same thing (revitalized a A04B w/ 16w control). Ordered the manuals which is a 126 day delivery (wtf!) with no digital versions available (double wtf).

Will probably figure out my issues by randomly poking things before I get the manual.

I know this is a (more or less) ancient thread but i could REALLY use the user manuals for a A04B w/ 16w control. most of them came with the machine except the main user manual... it sucks trying to figure out how things SHOULD be done, especially when it comes to trying to find the info online..

    Hello,
Maybe someone has Fanuc F15 old manual? Older than model A or B. Our machine is with A16B-2200-008 CPU board. We have no image on screen after memory parity error. Or maybe someone know how to retrofit Monforts MNC 5 lathe with this Fanuc control to some new system?

The oldest Fanuc 15 control is a A, which is what you have. I have all manuals, most are scanned.
Have you turned the control ON while holding the '7' and '9' keys?

Or maybe there is 15A version, because on the internet there are sold manuals for Model B as for A

That is what I posted: you have a 15A control. The 15B is completely different (I designed memory for both)

When we got parity error we restarted control with 7 + 9, cleared files, reentered all parameters, some loaded from PC. Everything looked good. After loading some small work NC program we got parity error again. Now after power OFF/ON no image on screen. No reaction to 7+9 or another thing. There is some green, some red LED's on boards.Reinserted boards, swapped power supply with another one - no difference. We have spare power supply only. Ordered some A16B-2200-008 board just in case with no guarantee, but it will arrive only after month... So it would be great to know how to understand which board is dead at least. Resolder RAM chips is not a big problem, big problem is to know witch and where to get suitable working
