Help needed to transfer gcode files from Pc to 8055tc

Hi All,
After some advise on how to send files from pc to Fagor 8055 tc Lathe controller.(older version earlier 2000 model)
Cant see anything in the manuals , but i see a serial port on the side so I'm assuming i can.

here is a screen shot of the front panel

Any ideas ???

Had a look , i cant get to the screen that says load. Not working for me.
Ive checked manuals and cant see anything

Surely there's a way to send a gcode file to the machine.

further to my last .........................Shift key then ESC works , happy days
i was holding both keys down together
