8055 Power M FROZEN

My screen is frozen and no buttons work. Shift reset doesn't work, clock is still working in upper right but clock on home page stays frozen on the time it was when powered up. Have tried cycling power but that's it, not sure where to go next.

Is there a cold start option at boot or anything like that?

Tried a keyboard only input that I tried that works was Ctrl alt del and that appears to reboot the CNC, but after reboot comes up with an error

What is the Error code ...??. Where is it showing up.?? What is the last thing the machine is doing when the error comes up.??
