Fago 8055 2000 External Emergency actived

Hi Everybody,
We are getting an error "2000 External Emergency actived". I checked Input I1 is 24 VDC
Please advise me on what to check next to solve this error

Are you on any over travel switches?

Do you have another other messages on the control? On the Fagor 8055 control, if there is any other errors causing you to be in emergency, you will have a down arrow on the right side of the red bar across the middle of your screen. Press the down arrow key on the keyboard to see the other errors the control might have.

If I1 is activated then the error message must be generated by the PLC. The Fagor 8050/55 has a soft key that allows you to read the active PLC program as well as the PLC listing. Some lines will be dim, others highlighted dependent on state. Open the error message program and note which error message relates to the one you have it will have a corresponding error message number which is used by the PLC ,there will be a long list of them, then look for any lines in the active PLC that have that error message number in them. By reading those lines you should be able to work out what is causing the problem, hope that helps. Dave
