PLC: 0030 (TOOL COUNTER ERROR), FAGOR 8055i can't reset

Hi,

we just bought a MICROCUT machine RIC-MC 600L with fagor 8055i control, and we got this two alarms
CNC: 2000 External emergency activated
PLC: 0030 (TOOL COUNTER ERROR)

we think that somehow we manage to make the tool counter to loos the track of the numbers
also we found this explanation in one of the MICROCUT manuals:

30 (TOOL COUNTER ERROR)
CAUSE : TOOL COUNTER SENSOR TO COUNT LOSE OR ERROR
SOLUTION :1.CHECK THE TOOL COUNTER AND HOME SENSOR IS CLEAR
2.CHECK TOOL COUNTER AND HOME SENSOR IS NORMAL
3. RESTART CNC AND EXECUTE M59 T1 SEARCH

we check all the sensors they are ok, all that is left is to execute M59 T1 , but I cant do that because
the machine is in emergency state and I cant input that so I can execute.
Does someone knows how to enter the ATC SERVICE MODE for umbrella type ATC?????

I think that only in that mode I can execute M59 T1 and make the tool counter to find tool No:1 position

yes, the machine is working just fine.
