Default Fagor 8025MG and error 064

    Machine: BRAGONZI 100/180 R with Fagor 8025MG

Problem was battery loss which caused losing of machine parameters. There is no backup of parameters...

First there was errors about M functions and G53/G59 and after filling those parameters these errors are gone and now when machine starts general test passed. But now when I want to enter manual moving of machine (OP MODE -> 5) we got error 064 EMERGANCY and we can't move machine...

I tried to jumper 24V to pin 14 of I/O1 connector. Then I got on bottom row bellow M number 1 but and after turning off and then on machine I again getting 064 error.
As far as I know, I think that is external error but that maybe pin 14 is wrong and that I need to know right pin. Or maybe just wrong parameters...
I have tested all limit switches.

I have all documentation but I don't have electrical schematics. I have found on the Internet manual for PLC but no progress.

Does anyone know how to remove this error 064?

I still thinking that is problem with parameters.

Does anyone know what parameters concerning to error 064?
Or how to find correct pin for external emergency because I think that is not pin 14?

    Any clue?

Theres a parameter in the 600 range (i think 605... but dont quote me on that) and it is related to the switching voltage for I/O. It could be like you're giving I1 24v to switch, but the control thinks it should be 0v or the other way around. If you can, double check for a parameter like that in the installation manual if you have one.

And I do believe that pin14 is I1
