Fadal 4020 Carousel Drum # Wrong

Hi,

Our Fadal has a Fanuc Oi-MC control. The physical location of the drum is 3 spaces from where the control thinks it is. That is, I set drum 4 with tool 6 and when I call up T6, the drum will go pull from drum 1. The control will then display drum 4 as the current position. Could someone help me reset my carousel position relative to the control? I am fairly new this so any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried using the command SETTO ? This will establish this location astool number one. From there the count should be correct.

Sorry, I didn't see the Fanuc when I read it. Who Knows? hopefully someone with more experience chimes in.

...we all three learning something. I found TC reset in a Fadal manual for Fanuc control Chapter 7.3
