    Default Failure setting servo gain

I have a Fadal 15 XT. Today we had an overtravel hardstop in the Y. The machine will jog on all axis but when a command control is sent we immediately get a "Failure setting servo gain" fault. ??? Is this an issue with the controller card? Can I swap controller cards from different fadals.

I would start by reading this and check.

may have bad gain pot on board or drive or loose wire.

Be very careful with the trim pots and easy to break off, I did just that. I used to big of screw driver to adjust mine and had to solder it back on the drive.
