Problem moving servo coolant from A-axis to B-axis on a Fadal
I have a 4525 with the Servo coolant set up as the A-axis. I will be installoing a 4th axis Rotory in the A-axis slot so I wanted to move the servo colant to the B-axis. This machine is a 2003 and has 1010-6 boards. I moved the jumper on the board, slid the board into the "B" slot and changed the parameters to X,Y,Z,B. The Computer doesn't like it as it won't allow me into jog unless I'm in MDI and doesn't move the servo in B at all when I'm in jog. The book says that the servo coolant should be in the B-axis if you have a rotary in the A-axis so I know it can be done. I have a fair amount of Fadal experiance but none with Servo coolant or B-axis. Wonder if I'm just missing something.
