I replaced just about everything on the board and it worked for a little while. The same resistors fried again and I just gotta get that machine ready.
This is a common problem. Usually, or at least often, once a board has suffered a high energy failure then there are subtle damages right throughout the board which make repair a temporary bet at best.

For seven years I worked servicing and repairing welding equipment, from small DIY stuff to 1600A sub-arc equipment.

Many times a machine (welder, plasma) would suffer a board failure, and the temptation to repair it when facing the cost of a new board is strong....but......and this is the big BUT....will it be
reliable thereafter?. In some case yes, a repair has worked perfectly, but on other occasions a repair might last weeks or months only.
