    Default axis amp problem

    Hello,
I am in France and I have a problem with a CNC 88 fadal.
I am an individual and have recovered the machine from my company. during transport the Y axis has come to the end of its travel against the housing and the Z axis is lowered. when I restarted the machine I had the error "AMPLIFIED FAULT ON Y AXIS" and "MOTOR OVERLOAD".
Since impossible to restart the machine. Only the X- is available. We reverse the amps and I only have one axis in - which works every time.
are these cards repairable? are there any shemas?
why all my cards have let go, wouldn't there be a concern of rotating fields?
Thank you all for your help.

There are large hex nuts at the end of each axis ball screw. With the machine turned off, use a ratchet and extension to move the axis off their stops.
fire up the machine, go directly into jog mode, move each axis to the CS position, then type in CS for cold start. It should be fine afterwards.

    Hi Roman,
...which Axis Cards do you have? There are some Jumpers and Eproms on each different Axis that must be set correctly when swapping cards around also.

    Try rwskinner method.

So it will start and X will run?. Just the other axis faulting?.
Could also try and see if there is a way to disable the limit switches - restart - and see if it can jog off that way.

    Hello,

thank you for your help it's nice.
it is not simply a question of releasing the axes, I had put them back with the ratchet on the benchmarks. I have a problem with the cards (see photo)

with the crank only the X- works.
