Fadal 4020

We have a fadal 4020 (2001)
I would like to know the proper way to use the tool time table. Is this a way to track tool life?

Currently, I am using variables, #V12=V12+1 to count and track tool life. is this the proper code format to use in the program? Every cycle it counts 2, could someone tell me why?

It is probably the Fadal Look ahead why it shows counts 2 i think you can use the #WAIT
