Default Align X ballscrew Fadal 3016

Hi folks, I am changing my thrust bearings in a Fadal 3016 X axis and I need to realign the screw, I am a bit at a lost on how to do that for what I understand I would follow this steps after the ball screw is instralled...

1.- Tighten the ballnut to the table leaving the mounts finger tight. (should this be done mid travel on the ballscrew?)
2.- Move the table to the the thrust bearing side and tighten that side.
3.- Move the table to the carrier bearing side and tighten that side.
4.- Move the table to the middle of the travel loosen and then tighten the ballnut mount.

Does that sound correct? Thank you all in advance

That's how I'd do it, then do an amp clamp test running about 150ipm the length of table travel and measure the current going out to the motors. Make sure it' 3 amp or so not under load.
