Fadal 6030 HT 94 no axis movement.

Hi guys, I purchased a Fadal 6030 HT 1994 model, first ever machine. Have power to the machine but have no movement on any of the axis after start up. When on jog mode the axis numbers move on the screen but motors don’t actually move. Have power in at the axis amplifier but no lights on axis cards and no illumination on K1 and K2 relays. Anyone have any ideas what could be going on here?
