Has anyone ever had issues with certain areas of the umbrella not fitting tools? My machine gets stuck when it trys to place a tool around pocket 16-19 I believe... I need the extra pockets, any ideas?
Bent shaft that holds the platter?
Run an indicator on the plate and see how far it’s out. Also take a straight edge on the bottom and check the flatness. If it has a lot of run out but checks out flat you probably need to disassemble and check the shaft straightness.
Have you tried resetting the pocket position and reloading the tools. This will let you see if it is the pockets themselves or will at least help troubleshoot what is causing the misalignment.
