    Default Squeaky Servo

The Glentek DC servo on my X axis squeaks when it rotates under power or by hand.
I removed the brushes and rotated and it's whisper quiet. Brushes look fairly new.
I blew all the carbon out and rotated the armature while blowing out the commutator.

It squeaks as soon as I installed the brushes. None of the other motors make any noise.

Why is this one make noise and the others aren't?

It is possible the com segments have the old style Mica separator, the new style motors have a self wearing material that does not need to be undercut like the Mica variety.
