Serial number or Backup Fadal 4525

I have a Fadal4525 with control sinumerik 810D, but the memory is clear, I called with Douglas from Fives Group but He need a serial number so he can give me a Backup

Someone can share me the serial number of machine

The serial number of the machine should be somewhere on the Back of the Machine on the NamePlate, It could also be in the Control Cabinet on some of the Paperwork

I know... but the number is wrong...I need the serial number of another machine to give me the correct backup

yes... because the machine does not work, it would be a waste to make an update with such a good team just for a backup
