Have you checked all your circuit breakers? There are a couple in the side cabinet and a couple in the back cabinet.
My Fadal was sitting powered on over night when we had a power blink. I returned to the shop and the machine was on. Tried powering up the CNC by hitting green button and now a humming noise is coming from right side control panel and won't power up.

Yes I did. Just a humming noise in the side cabinet where the amplifiers are located but nothing is lit up.
I assume it's a 3 phase machine. Check the fuses on the main line. There should be 3 of them.
Is the power supply energized? I believe the machine needs to see the proper conditions emerging from the power supply to power up the boards and ultimately the drives.
any resolution to this? having a similar issue after the machine sat with power off for a month, no issues prior to this. The only noticeable difference is that i am not hearing the relay click when the green button is pressed.
Make sure all 3 legs have power from the power company. Twice last week my shop complex lost one leg.
Check K1 and K2 relays on the 1100-1 power distribution board, I had the same problem and it ended up being K1. to test it I took the Grayhill ELE-0070 for the beacon relay in the pendant since i didn't have any spares. fired right up. I have spares now haha.
If you open up the Pendant (front of machine) on the right hand side in the pendant is 1100-3 board the ele-0070 (the only one on the board) is plugged into the K1
