that this part came from Fadal machine

if you will look at the part number you will see that it Baldor 175 the one that was befor the 180

Hello Ferroma, I have the same problem you had. Could you get a solution? What was wrong in your Baldor vector drive?
A technician checked my Baldor drive and found 2 cold welding and changed some components, but the problem is still there.

I hope you can help me.

I´m not sure which model is. Its the Baldor large model. the inv-0039 part, VE003A03,CE-15HT and it´s similar like this:

From what I understand this is baldor 180
In the keypad press
Local then program
Then go down till you see
Level 2 block press enter
Go down with the till you have on the screen
Auto tunning press enter
Then go with the arrow one up
Then answer all the time yes
If there is problem it will tell you in the way
You can download Fadal manual
And there is there auto tunning

Hi again Dango,

I´ve maked the test and it says "Test Passed". But I can´t make the test when the baldor drive fails becouse the keypad screen is crazy and I can work with it.
I think there is a component that fails sometimes but if it´s not broken it´s very dificult to find.
I´ve find too a "low Init Bus V fail", but I don´t know if this is the reason of the problem.

If you have any other ideas, please tell me .
