When we rebuild machines, we started by taking a paint sample to a local commercial paint store and had them match it in an enamel. We use this to repaint machines and it seems to hold up pretty well. I suggest you do the same as I don't believe Fadal has the blue paint. I believe they sell the off white or "Gray" paint but there is nothing special about it.

Save yourself some money and just take some samples in and let your local paint expert mix it for you.

If you want the labels or stickers for the machine, FadalCNC.com has them in stock.

Good luck and have a nice holiday.

How much paint do you need? As Brian said, it would be more cost effective for you to go to your local hardware store but it won't come out as well as the original paint. Depends on how much of a perfectionist you are...

That being said, we can get the original paint in spray cans or gallons. We also offer the dark and light blue vinyl stripes, as well as all the Fadal labels. Let me know what I can do to help.

    Default Fadal paint

Go to local body shop ask for the PPG industrial paint and have them color match it. It will stand up to a lot of abuse. If you have the budget for it you can upgrade to a Air Craft type paint. Just ask at the paint store. I have used the PPG products and they work great.

Yes, this is essentially what we did and it worked out fine.

Best of luck and share photos if you spruce the machine up to look new. I'd love to see your work....then send machines to you for painting!! ...LOL

    Cheers!

So, with this method, wouldn't we be color matching old, faded paint? I want to repaint mine as well, the nothing on it's close to the original colors.
