Default I need some advice imos to Aspan

    Hello forum masters,

I need some advices or opinions on imos to Alphacam or Aspan.

I have ordered a flat bed CNC running Osai controller, and it will be shipped in few weeks time for making kitchen cabinets.

The CAD system is imos ix, I need to decide the good solution to link imos ix to CAM software to control the CNC.

I was told that Aspan can read ASC file, and Alphacam can only read DXF from imos.

It will be very grateful if you guys can give me advises.

Any successful cases in the forum?

    Many thanks.

    Nap

    Hi BrieJawi,

    Thanks for your reply.

I do not have too many options here in local country. Only three CAD CAM that can operate the Osai controller.
The imos sales gave me a list that can link to the third party CAM, and Alphcam is one of that.
