    Default Mitsubishi edm wire help

Hi guys, I am doing 4 axis programs for wire EDM for the first time! I think the profile and the technology are ok, the simulation and the XY and UV coordinates now seem correct to me by comparing them with the machine coordinates. when I export the program it doesn't create the geometry radius for me, I only have linear points, instead in the simulation it moves correctly.

Did you set the Z1 and Z5 value on the machine?

Z1 and Z5 are correct in esprit, the problem is that the post processor only gives me straight points when I create a 4 axis path. I managed to modify the U and V axes, I created a program with the points from U V instead of absolute coordinates of the U V axes, now I have to find the way to enable and disable the rays in 4 axes from the post processor

Ok , just watch out because I had a problem where esprit would post what the Z1 and Z5 were supposed to be if the part was at table level, which was hardly ever the case and I would lose what value I had entered. I run with absolute U/V turned on under the Environment setting 1 page on a MV series machine. Will be the same on an FX machine. I'm just not sure where to find it.
I can always take a look at your program if you like to see if I can notice anything.
