I am about to prototype a device that can end our dependence on fossil fuels, and need assistance. For all intents and purposes it may be useful to think of me like John Galt. The device in question has 8 total parts, but the problem I have is related to bits. The tolerances are important.
Ok, so how small of a cnc bit can I get to plunge?

The holes are tiny to force vaporization

Wire edm is in the future, but for now is there anything smaller than .005? Smaller than .005 is ideal, but I'm not aware of any reasonably priced bits that can plunge aluminum reliably smaller than .005
Thanks,
Mr. Filth
