Amada LC-1212 alpha III cutting issue
I'm working on a 1999 Amada LC-1212 alpha III with Fanuc 160 iL operating system. The first call I received was for Z-axis sensor wire break which I was able to rectify by changing the nozzle and then calibrating he Z-axis as well as centering the nozzle. When trying to cut (16ga) it would start clean then progressively get worse then quit penetrating all together. I found and repaired two oxygen leaks and the cutting did improve but not to an acceptable level. We lack personnel that are skilled with this machine (operator/tech), I think at this point it needs minor adjustments to dial it in but not sure where to start. Any pointers would be very appreciated!
Thank you
