    Default 3D Toolpathing without 3D Toolpathing on Enroute 5

    I'm trying to put a 45 degree angle on a piece of 3" xps insulation. The version of Enroute I have won't let me create 3D toolpaths without upgrading (an extra $3000).

    How can I get that angle on that foam with the CNC machine? I

    I've already done it with the table saw, and an electric hot knife. I'm trying to do it on the CNC even if it's time consuming and idiotic. Boss' orders.

    Try doing multiple offsets with a conic bit. Adjusting the depth per offset will give you a consistent bevel.
