NEA Hydraulics & Machine is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join their Jonesboro, AR team.

Typical hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday with available overtime.

Job objectives include the following:

-Perform frequent and complex CNC mill and lathe setup and operations to produce quality parts based on provided blueprint/sketch specifications.
-Must collaborate positively and effectively with other team members to solve problems in production, setup, programming, etc.
-Determine tooling issues by identifying productivity of tooling, evaluating tooling performance, and evaluating new tooling requirements.
-Perform a routine dimensional and visual inspection of product per procedure, specification or print using basic measuring equipment (calipers, micrometer, scale, indicators, and SPC equipment).
-Maintain safety practices related to machining and other areas of safety is a must.
-Participate in set up reduction/process improvement teams to increase process efficiencies.
-Train others on machining skills via on the job training.
-Perform in other areas as requested by the shop manager including but not limited to one or more of the following: packaging, finishing, material deployment, quality, and other machining areas
