NEED TO HIRE MACHINIST ASAP!!!

About two years ago I hired someone with an 1100 Mill to engrave some custom brass coins for me. Well, here I am in need again but he's not operating anymore! I've got to get fifteen brass discs that are 1 inch in diameter, 2 millimeters wide. One side will be engraved just like the attached image, while the reverse will be engraved with a number. At least fifteen need to be made, marked sequentially from 000 to 0015.
I need a price ASAP, so shoot me a message!!
