Your key focus will be to pursue continuous quality improvement throughout the Company and aid the Company to become “Best in Class”.
To achieve this you will need to have extensive experience of Internal and External Auditing of Quality Systems and Procedures.
Key points of the role will be
• Managing the internal and external audit programme and carrying out regular auditing
• Creating and maintaining quality performance measures and using that information for quality improvement, including the creation of management review information and close outs of improvement actions
• Full comprehensive of new product compliance auditing
• Maintaining awareness of changing quality assurance techniques and principles and where agreed converting those into company practice
• Project managing quality improvement programs or initiatives
• Assisting in implementation of quality improvement, corrective action systems and quality circles
• Responsibility for QA routines and/or projects in support of set departmental quality objectives
• Maintenance and management of the current company systems ISO9001/ISO13485/ISO14001 and future standards/systems
• Supplier quality assurance
To do this you will need to be a
• Strong communicator with good interpersonal and analytical skills
• The ability to work as part of a team and or independently with minimum support
• Ability to prioritise and manage own workflow
• Make a proactive contribution to the Department and the Company
• Promote a professional and positive image of the Company
• Work with discretion and diplomacy and respect and up hold confidentiality at all times
This is a Permanent Vacancy carrying a Salary to £35k depending on experience 25 days annual holiday Contributory Pension life assurance of 3 x annual salary Company sick pay scheme, On site parking, Half day on Friday.
