Emco PC Turn 55 backlash Z axis

Hello everyone !
I am doing a retrofit of an Emco PC Turn 55 and I see that in the Z axis it has a backlash of 0.02mm (In the X axis there is no backlash)
Attached photo of the Z axis ball nut support.
Does anyone know how to adjust the preload on this ball nut? There are three screws, two hex head and one slot.

Hello !

Could someone send me a photo of the Z axis ballnut because I have doubts that the one I have is the original?
That photo may be of the "PC Turn 50 or 55" or "Concept Turn 55"

If it is not a double nut, then the only way to preload it is to install larger balls. Not an easy task. I can't see enough of the nut in the picture to say what it is.
