Default EMCO Concep Turn 450, no connection to ACC

    Hi!
At my work we have EMCO CONCEPT TURN 450 lathe, which started having huge problems a few months ago (since that it stands in corner waiting for a miracle ). We can't start the control program- it seems there is some problem in ACC module. What to look first at- could it be motherboard or (hopefully not ) a CF card that does not allow machine to start? Do some of You have CF card content if any?
    Thanks in advance-
    Guntis

Ok- we have tried to start our SIEMENS 840D from control panel with removed ACC PCI card- program start up, show an error 8257 Real time module not active or PCI card not found! (of course- because it is removed) and shuts down. When PCI card is placed in ACC module and all cables are connected, in case of starting a control program, PC tries to communicate with ACC and in the middle it stops. Nothing happens there. Any ideas?
