Cormac Magma 4.0 problem

We are trying to fix Cormac Magma 4.0 Edm Cnc. The machine won't start!. two leds are flashing although the sensors are Ok.
It seems the company no longer exist or changed its name. the circuit diagram is not available. we will purchase them if any one have a copy. any help please?
