Taper b cutting problems! HELP!

Hello everyone,

I own a JS Robostar WA50 WEDM. I have problems with the taper b cutting. The thing is, the first time I made a G code with Mastercam Wire, the cut part turned out great (the one without the radius on the pictures), but something happened afterwards and I cant figure out what! The parts that come out of the machine generate bad dimensions and I get a radius on almost all straight lines (the one with the radius on the pictures). CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE, I'm having a hard time with this problem for a long time now, and I need to get back to work. Thank you!
