Integrating nScrypt SmartPump to a 3 -axis machine
Hi all,
I'm building a 3-axis 3D printing machine. I have a nScrypt SmartPump and an in-house built 3-axis machine. I am using a CPU5-B Eding CNC controller. The output from CPU5-B goes to Ensemble MP, and this in turn, controls SmartPump. I have connected the input to switch the valve ON/OFF to the AUX1 OUT pin of CPU5-B. When the signal goes high, the valve is open, and when signal goes low, the valve closes.
This SmartPump has a controllable valve which can be controlled using it's dedicated software (Glyde Solo software). I have programmed the valve on Ensemble Motion Control Software to open and close depending on AUX1 OUT signal.
Is there some software for 3D printing which generates G codes for such valves? I understand that having constant deposition rates can lead to poor deposition at corners, but that s fine as of now. I just want to get the machine working ASAP. I need this software to take into account that the signal that has to be used is AUX1 OUT.
Thanking you.
Kind regards,
Rakesh
