Edgecam PDI Problem (plugin is executed twice)

Hello friends,
I am a new Edgecam User. I need some information about PDI.
I want to pin the PDI-plugins to the title bar,such as:

#Version:1
Verb 2501
* Dialog_title|PDI Noun 2 Control 0 0
XIMMM|XIM 7000 2 0x08000000 0 0
* Last line must have line return

This method can achieve the result(pin the PDI-plugins to the title bar). But I have a new question that the plugin(DLL file) is executed twice.I want the plugin to execute only once!

I learned it from the pdiman.chm.
Who can teach me how to do it? Thank you!

This issue is related to programming! Not PDI!
Some people use PDI ??

I don't use this edgecam PDI dialogbox.
My Plugins are placed on the menu bar.
There are not PDI.

There is too little information on PDI.
