hello. I have edgecam 2022.0 installed
immediately after installation, a problem with the toolsstore was revealed, as I understand it. when generating code, tool numbers, tool comments, and proofreader numbers are not displayed (I put question marks in these places). colleagues have no such problems. I used to think that the problem was due to non-installed windows 10 updates, but that wasn't the point.
reinstalling the program did not give any result.
I ask for help in solving the problem
