Last year I upgraded my PCNC with clearpath servos and an ISO-20 spindle.
Its worked well enough that I'm sure I won't be going pack, so all the used parts are now for sale.

I would sure love some details on how that spindle worked out. I have a jian-ken iso30 spindle but once I realized the JGL-80 would slide into the PCNC1100 I've been eyeing it and considering that plus a 12-16 tool ISO 20 ATC. Hope you'll share some of your spindle stuff and would love to see a video of you using the mill in that configuration
