4th and 5th axis for 6040 machines

This is the 4th and 5th axis for for a HY-6040 machine that I recently bought off Craigslist. This has never been used or mounted by the previous owner and I have no plans to use it either. All details on the eBay auction. If interested let me know. I'll remove the ad if it sells locally.
