I can't understand. It doesn't matter what axis is selected on the Configuration screen when looking at all the axes on the Axis Screen. Explain exactly what youare doing and what bits change. If you can not explain simple things you are doing I can not help you. Please put more effort into your responses.

I start with window XP with Industrial computer
Yesterday after power failure everything becomes difficult ( here power failure is common, transmission line and other things cause failure )

I start read how can i use window 10 that i use in laptop and i did

And i copy the PCB that control the Plasma

To tell you the truth Tom i spent for this machine above 15 hours each days
Now i stuck on that Axis,
I open encoder to check the encoder glass and circuit it looks fine and i check when i move from step screen Axis move and glass rotating and i check their will be dust, glass is clean.

So what shall i do next ?

It’s very simple to test an encoder. Apply +5V. Measure each of the 4 outputs (A+ A- B+ B-) with a Voltmeter. The outputs should toggle between < 0.4V and >2.4V if not the encoder is bad and needs to be fixed or replaced.
