Unhappy Help please! Sudden Machine coord to zero

    Hello!
    Got a milling machine running kflop + I / O board.
Now I am slowly studying and working on it in the process.
And I already broke two cutters in the following way - during the execution of the G-code, the machine coordinates are thrown into "0", and the machine goes to the devil knows where!
Can you please tell me what can cause such a glitch?
This does not happen every time, once in a 2-3 days...

    Hi Orly,

We'd need a lot more information to be able to help. What is your configuration? What devices do you have? What Version are you running? What programs do you have? Are you using KMotionCNC? How do you know the "coordinates are thrown into 0"?

Hello! Sorry for not describing everything in detail right away.
    The machine consists of
    1.KFLOP
    2. Konnect Optical I / O Expansion Board
    3. one delta asda-b2 servo and two asda-b servo with incremental encoders
    4. optical limit switches for homing and limits, connected to the Konnect board
    5. mechanical limit switches, connected to servo packs
    6. Windows 7 PC with KMotionCNC.
    7. Simple homemade MPG
    8. I write simple G code myself. I do the complex code in mastercam with a standard post processor, it seems from haas.

This is how I identified the problem. The machine performed a fairly simple code - it milled a groove along the contour. The first depth z -0.2 worked fine. And at the second or third depth, with a simple command g1 y2.22, the machine went too far and broke the mill on an obstacle. At that moment, the operator stopped machine. When I approached, the coordinates in KMotionCNC were approximately x230 y-320 z150. When viewing the machine coordinates, it was x0.0000 y5.0393 z0.0001 (made a screenshot). That is, the coordinates have shifted. When I did the homing it was back to normal again.

I don't know what else to add from the information, please - ask.

I found that the PC keyboard is faulty, possibly false pressing of some buttons, and some of the buttons do not work. Disconnected it for now. Could some key on the keyboard or a combination of them give this effect?

    Hi Orly,

I believe you are saying the KFLOP Machine coordinates were shifted? I can't understand your description of what happened, what the coordinates were, what offsets you were using, or what xyz coordinates the move should have gone to. Where is the normal Machine Coordinate origin?

Were you running a GCode Program? Or entering one line of GCode at a time. If running a File did it happen when the program was started? Or somewher in the middle?

Did you have any C Programs running? You might post them for us to look at.

I suppose a faulty keyboard could have pressed the Zero button or a User Button.

    Regards
