Part looks nice, but cant really tell the finish of angled walls at that distance, but the issue iam having is most noticeable at 45*.
What size DMMs are you using? What Mode is your drive? And are you using Dynomotion boards?

750w motors +/- 10 volt analog control, using Dynomotion No, SoftServo control
I use there Servo's on more than one machine some are step/dir for simplicity with different controls they all work very well
Few more pictures of some 1" thick stainless parts I made this week. The center square happened to be orientated at 45 degrees in the drawing so I ran it like that to see what finish would be like. This was with brand new endmill and in stainless so fairly low rpm and therefore lower vibration. I think it was 2500 rpm and 20 ipm. Pretty good results at this speed. If you look really close you can still see slight variation in the interpolation vs straight cuts, but im happy with this as it is.
Are you still using torque mode? Hows it working?
