I can not recover kflop.

Hi Tom

I tried to flash user memory, but the KMotion stopped responding. When I rebooted the computer and the Kflop, the Kflop did not boot. It flashes diodes several times and they go out.
I already had this once, then recovery helped.
But now during recovery, an "Communiocation error with KFlop" pops up after I apply power.
It seems that the boot loader is damaged. How can I restore it?

Maybe you are performing the recovery steps incorrectly? Follow the procedure here.

If still not recovering describe the steps you are doing and what happens.

I tried a different version of the firmware file and it worked. May be my file is corrupted.
