Hey Tom,
I think I told you a while ago that id post a video of my machine rigid tapping but I dont think I ever did. Ran some little Delrin parts today and figured this would be a good chance since theres no coolant and you can actually see it. Fairly simple part, one end drilled and reamed, other end drilled and tapped with a few different diameter steps, and a threaded cross hole. Rigid tapping and the 4th axis are working great.

Hi Tom,
Glad you like it, yeah this method worked out really good for these parts. Big save on time and toolchanges doing 4 at once and not having to flip them around in 3 different operations.
No worries about putting it on youtube, hopefully it will show others how awesome the Dynomotion system is. I took down the google drive link since you have it on youtube now. Thanks again for the help in getting everything setup with the 4th axis.
