Kflop dont boot up

Today I turned on my machine and the KMotion did not see the klfop, it is not presented in the system. When powering, the Kflop flashes with diodes, but instead of constantly burning, the diodes go out after that. Yesterday I flashed user memory, may be this is the reason.
