If the LEDs don't Flash with applied power that would indicate a bad, unrecoverable KFLOP.

Any ideas on how the board got damaged? What were you doing when it failed?

Hi moglianesi,

The pins on JP6 are 3.3V signals and shouldn't be driven higher than 3.8V. A 5V TTL signal or even a 5V Line Driver normally will not do this.

It is usually not cost effective to repair boards like this. But if you wish to try the part number for U6 is a Xilinx:

XC3S100E-4TQG144C

I don't understand what "dsp is cc" means.
