I absolutely love kflop etc. This new board looks very promising. I will have to try on soon. As as always thank you for the innovation and support.

Tom, The new Kogna looks interesting. The KFLOP has been pretty solid, but mine disconnects from time to time over the USB port. Using a USB isolator really helped but it still happens from time to time. I noticed the Kogna has ethernet, so does Kmotion and KmotionCNC know how to talk to the Kogna over the Ethernet port as well as the USB port? I love the extra encoder ports which would make adding linear scales to a machine much easier.

Looks fantastic. Having some onboard analog I/O will be really useful. I look forward to trying it soon.
Hi Russ,
Yes Kogna uses the Ethernet port for communication at ~10X the data rate than the USB port on KFLOP. The Kogna USB port is only used as a Virtual COM port for debugging, setting the Kogna IP Address and such.I noticed the Kogna has ethernet, so does Kmotion and KmotionCNC know how to talk to the Kogna over the Ethernet port as well as the USB port?
