    Default Motor current clamping

I have a CNC set up by a friend and was intending to copy some of the board layout and wiring , but I noticed a possible mistake with the motor clamping

My steppers are nema 23 at 2.8 amps and nema 34 at 6.3 amps

    My question is
6.3 amps should be H,M, L, with clamps both sides of the coil....... correct or not ?
And 2.8 amps Clamps on M, L , both sides of coil ......... correct or not?

    Thanks
