Delta 50P tool change error

Hi,

I have a LVD Shape Delta turret punch on which Dynapath Delta 50P is installed. Machine is running ok except when we rotate the turret anti-clock wise then the locking shotpin does not operate and machine operation haults. I am not much familiar with the controller's inner setup. Is it a problem with the parameters or the tool change macro. How can I access them.

Has it ever operated correctly? If yes, then it is unlikely to be a parameter or macro issue.
