Default SOLVED! We Think. DynaCnc 4000 series controller question

The control box had a jumper inside for Raw and Divided volts!!

I tried to put this in the plasma area but the link keeps putting me into wookworking. Oh well heres my question.
I am trying to help a area school get their DynaCnc plasma cutter up and going. It has a 4000 series controller. Anyone know if this control can accept raw torch volt input for torch height control. The limited documention seems to indicate divided torch volts are used. I don't know if the school can afford another $350.00 for a new CNC card for the Cutmaster 52 torch or not.
Another poster in the forum mentioned (in 2008) that the controller is switchable but we are still looking. I dont know if its a software or mechanical switch.
We are also looking for a detailed setup manual for the 4000, if anyone has such, it would be greatly appreciated.
    Any input would help!

    Thanks
    Mike
