DMC 63v strikes!

Hello,

once again I need your help!

After my DMC 63v (with 810/840 D) is defect, I general reset the PLC and NCK and than I input data new!

Now the controller starts without problems, but nothing happens , when pressing NC-startbuttom!

Controller does not show any error report. I can hear both gates in the control cabinet being operated.

Does anybody know what this means?

I saw your old post (2008 about DMC63v (with 810/840 D). First I hope you solved your strange case. However I need some help myself.

I need "ghost" or "true image" backup of the hard drive of such machine with MMC 102. Can you please help me? It's a simple action.

I'm ready to pay a fee for such action off course.
